How do you determine which routes to mail to?
What criteria do you use to select your mailing routes??
To identify the most effective mailing routes, we rely on the USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) online tool. This resource allows us to evaluate routes by geographic location, demographic information, and household density. Our primary emphasis is on reaching homeowners, as they generally correspond best with local marketing goals. While no route is completely accurate—some may contain businesses, apartments, or rental units—we enhance precision by performing further research to pinpoint areas that align closely with the target customer profile. This method ensures each mailing campaign is highly targeted and delivers maximum impact.
How do you guarantee I won’t be on a postcard with a competing business?
We offer a firm exclusivity guarantee. In every Co-op Mailer campaign, we ensure that no two businesses providing the same primary product or service (e.g., two plumbers) will appear on the same postcard. This approach guarantees your advertisement receives clear, undivided attention.
How do we measure the effectiveness and success of advertising thru Mailbox Media Co?
Like all advertising, success hinges on exposure. The primary objective is to get your name recognized and remembered. For example, I’ve never purchased a tree from the local Tree Farm, yet I know exactly where it is. This illustrates the point perfectly. Do I have to design my own ad?
No, we value your time as a business owner. We will handle the design process based on your input (logo, offer, text, etc.). Our fee includes simple layout and placement. If you require complex, custom graphic design (e.g. illustration or photography), additional design fees may apply.
